Newton Campbell
Dr. Newton Campbell is an internationally recognized leader in space exploration, artificial intelligence, and scientific diplomacy. With over 17 years of experience bridging defense, academia, and government, his translational research has supported missions at NASA, DARPA, the United Nations, and the Environmental Defense Fund. From developing cybersecurity protocols for DARPA to advancing high-performance computing at NASA, Dr. Campbell’s work consistently pushes the boundaries of what’s possible on Earth and beyond. His deep belief in inclusive innovation has shaped global space initiatives, most recently in his role as Director of Space Programs at the Australian Remote Operations for Space and Earth (AROSE) Consortium. At AROSE, he oversaw a portfolio of frontier technologies that accelerate human and robotic operations in space, leveraging his expertise in AI, remote systems, and deep tech to improve the future of exploration. Prior to this, Newton served as an AI subject matter expert embedded across NASA Goddard and Langley Research Centers, leading research in geomagnetism, urban air mobility, and space radiation. Earlier in his career, he served as a principal investigator within the U.S. Department of Defense, where he led national security oriented projects in computational physics and cyber-physical systems. His academic foundation includes a PhD in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University, and he continues to serve as an advisor to global organizations at the intersection of policy, ethics, and emerging tech. Newton is equally committed to equity in science education. He has spearheaded outreach programs across Indigenous communities in Australia and African-American communities in the Baltimore-Washington corridor, bringing advanced STEM opportunities into classrooms, media projects, and university research labs. In 2024, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of The Planetary Society, where he supports global engagement in space science and planetary stewardship. His leadership has also been recognized through fellowships and advisory roles at the Atlantic Council, Silicon Flatirons at CU Boulder, American University Washington College of Law, and the Schusterman Foundation’s REALITY network. As a co-founder of Heritage Space Food, Dr. Campbell ensures that space projects honor and integrate culinary cultural heritage - reinforcing the idea that exploration should not only be technologically advanced, but also deeply human.

Dalia David
Chef Dalia David is a culinary innovator, cultural strategist, and cross-sector collaborator with over a decade of experience across food, health, and cultural diplomacy. Recognized as the first South Indian Wellness Chef to appear as a finalist on Food Network’s Chopped, her work has been featured in Bon Appétit, Epicurious, and Simply Recipes. Dalia is known for designing food programs that are emotionally intelligent, nutritionally sound and strategically aligned with brand identity and mission. From pioneering plant-forward programming at LinkedIn’s NYC headquarters to crafting EQ centered culinary experiences for organizations like Dalio Philanthropies, Yelp, and the American Heart Association, Dalia consistently bridges tradition with innovation, introducing bold, human-centered approaches to food. Her journey began in NYC restaurant kitchens, where she trained under culinary heavy weights at Jean Georges' Spice Market and Pure Food & Wine, later evolving her approach in the James Beard House kitchen. What followed was a deepened commitment to food as a tool for connection, healing, and systemic change. She went on to develop groundbreaking culinary strategies for workplace wellness, cross-cultural understanding, and future focused eating - work that has influenced health organizations, technology companies, and space food researchers alike. Today, as co-founder of Heritage Space Food, Dalia brings her skills leading a gastrodiplomacy nonprofit that uses food and culture to humanize space exploration. Drawing on her early career as a Dale Carnegie Trainer and Toastmasters President, Dalia unites culinary creativity with public initiatives amplifying messages through story-driven strategy and a deep reverence for food as the universal language of human connection.

Stephanie Wan
Stephanie Wan is a global strategist, policy advisor, and coalition builder with over 15 years of experience advancing inclusive pathways in the space sector. Her work spans international diplomacy, workforce development, and nonprofit leadership, all grounded in a deep commitment to accessibility and equity. With lived experience across Japan, China, South Korea, Belgium, Spain, and Australia, Stephanie brings a cross-cultural lens to every initiative - connecting people, governments, and organizations across borders to shape a more collaborative future in space. Her career began in public service, including impactful work at the U.S. State Department and NASA Headquarters, where she designed national workforce pipeline programs that introduced students to the essential field of space operations and navigation. She co-founded the Australian Space Diversity Alliance, helped lead the Space Generation Advisory Council, and currently serves with the Zed Factor Fellowship - mentoring young leaders from underrepresented communities who are redefining what it means to belong in space. Stephanie’s initiatives have consistently forged partnerships between government, nonprofits, and industry to drive inclusion and innovation. As a co-founder of Heritage Space Food, Stephanie leads strategy and global programming to ensure that humanity’s culinary traditions are carried forward into space. Her work connects the wisdom of Earth’s food heritage with the demands of deep space exploration, weaving a shared story of resilience, identity, and global cooperation.
